| Web Development - Started as a Discord Moderator and grew into a Customer and
Technical Support role at Gala Games, where I spent 4 years and 5 months assisting users and
helping improve support processes. Took on added responsibilities guiding the Philippines
support team, handling node troubleshooting, account and blockchain-related issues, wallet
transactions, and CLI command fixes. Also contributed to testing and created WordPress sites
using Divi for internal and community projects. Afterward, I joined LFG, where my main role was
to conduct due diligence for projects. I also gained experience working with the Business
Development team, attending blockchain events, and connecting with potential partners and
projects. During this time, I learned Webflow and created websites while continuing to handle
customer support and node troubleshooting.
